Agreement
These Terms govern your use of websites, applications, games, and services offered by Cosmo Star Labs LLC, a Virginia company, including Meridian Command and CoasterLab. By using a service, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. A parent or legal guardian must create or manage accounts and purchases for children who use CoasterLab and is responsible for their use.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse our services, interfere with their operation, access them unlawfully, harass others, introduce malicious code, scrape or automate access without permission, reverse engineer protected portions, or infringe another person’s rights.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid subscriptions are sold and billed by Paddle as merchant of record. Prices, billing intervals, taxes, and renewal terms are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled. You may cancel before the next renewal through the method provided with your purchase.
Ownership
Cosmo Star Labs and its licensors retain all rights in the services, software, artwork, names, and other materials. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the services for their intended purpose. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us permission to process it as needed to provide the service.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, or material violations of these Terms.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Cosmo Star Labs disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected service during the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
Virginia law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Virginia, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
