Refund Policy
Effective date: September 24, 2026
Scope
This policy applies to paid subscriptions for Meridian Command, CoasterLab, and other services offered by Cosmo Star Labs LLC, a Virginia company.
Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions are billed through Paddle, our merchant of record. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, and access ordinarily continues through the end of the paid billing period.
Refund requests
If you believe a charge was made in error or the service did not work as represented, email Wesleycharlesoliver@gmail.com with the account email, product name, purchase date, and reason for the request. We will review requests fairly and may coordinate with Paddle. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on Paddle and your financial institution.
Exceptions
Nothing in this policy limits refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law. We may deny requests involving abuse, fraud, or substantial use after purchase where permitted by law.
