Cosmo Star Labs LLC, a Virginia company (“Cosmo Star Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates Meridian Command, CoasterLab, and related websites and services. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
When you request a quote, we collect your name, email address, project description, and selected budget range. Product accounts may include a name, email address, account identifiers, settings, gameplay or usage activity, support messages, and technical information such as device type, browser, IP address, and diagnostic logs.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure our services, respond to requests, maintain accounts, process transactions, troubleshoot problems, improve our products, comply with law, and communicate important service information.
Analytics and advertising
We may use analytics tools and Google Ads cookies or similar technologies to understand visits, measure advertising, prevent fraud, and improve performance. You can limit cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, our cookie choices.
Payments
Subscriptions and other purchases are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle collects and processes payment, billing, tax, and transaction information under its own privacy terms. We do not receive complete payment card numbers.
Children’s privacy
CoasterLab may be used by children. Accounts, subscriptions, and payments must be created or managed by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can review and delete it.
Sharing and security
We share information only with service providers that help us operate our products, when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including account operation, support, security, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Retention periods vary by record type.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. We may verify your identity before completing a request.
